A digital system only delivers if the officer at the crossing can use it confidently, and this recorded webinar closes that gap. It walks a screening officer through the Version 2 Digital POE system from login to case referral: registering a traveller, recording screening findings, flagging and isolating a suspected case, referring to the health facility, and reviewing the day's data. Recorded during the national deployments in Zambia, Rwanda and São Tomé, it doubles as onboarding content in the learning centre and as a refresher officers can watch on a phone at the crossing. It is paired with the harmonised POE SOPs so that what officers see on screen matches the procedure they are trained to follow.
